1. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. By explicitly requesting work to commence before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you acknowledge this right is waived once work commences.
2. When Refunds Apply
- We are unable to begin work within 5 business days due to circumstances entirely on our side and no deliverable has been shared
- A deliverable has not been completed within an agreed extended deadline that we have failed to meet
3. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Work has commenced and a first deliverable or draft has been provided to the Client
- Delays caused by the Client failing to provide required access, approvals, or materials
- Search engine ranking outcomes do not meet expectations (no rankings are guaranteed)
- The Client changes project scope after work has begun
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email hello@seocontentcreation.com within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
