Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All SeoContentCreation services are delivered digitally. No physical materials are provided.

2. Delivery Timelines by Service

• SEO Content Writing: 5-7 business days from brief sign-off
• Content Strategy and Audit: 7-10 business days from brief sign-off
• Technical On-Page SEO: 4-6 business days from access grant
• Content-Led Link Building: 2-week setup period, then ongoing monthly placement reports by the 7th business day of the following month
• Local SEO Content: 5-day setup, then ongoing monthly management
• Monthly Content Retainer: work starts within 2 business days of payment confirmation

3. Delivery Method

Deliverables are sent via email as Google Docs, PDF files, or CMS-ready files depending on client preference established during onboarding.

4. Delays

If we anticipate a delay on our side, we notify the Client within 48 hours with a revised delivery date. Delays caused by the Client (failure to provide access, approvals, or materials) extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
